ChristineTalk 23:03, 10 January 2008 (UTC) Can anyone suggest a good, free or inexpensive ($20 or less) program I can use to create transparent images? I'd like to help with images here, but don't really know where to start. --nekobawt 19:07, 12 September 2008 (UTC) GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program. It's free. az talk 19:33, 12 September 2008 (UTC) I've always used Paint.Net for all of my imaging purposes. It allows transparency and multi-layering, among many other things.
