A commonly used contraction of 'bioengineering', bioneering is the science of constructing or manipulating biological organisms, such as the creation of organic computers like Eingana. Therefore its proponents are bioengineers or 'bioneers'. Organic circuitry seems to be big business in modern-day Stark. There is even a magazine called Bioneering Monthly, which is presumably a scientific journal.
