Hull-destroyers are amongst the fastest of the Chaos Dwarf vessels, surging forward to close with he enemy and pound them with their great rams. These work like a traditional siege battering ram, and run the length of the ship. As a Hull-destroyer gets close to its prey, powerful steam-driven winches pull the ram ready to hammer into the target. When the Hull-destroyer collides with its foe, the ram powers into the target with a tremendous impact.[1a] The Hull-destroyer has no long range weapons.[1b]
