She was fond of all the people in the complex, but she had a difficult time demonstrating her affections. She had very little patience and a short temper, which tended to drive people away from her. Lalaith felt that Moranar was cold and insensitive, and they had never gotten along well. Moranar was a tall Noldorian woman (61 5") with very dark blue eyes and black hair cut short (she says it gets in the way). She dressed primarily in utilitarian dark blue and purple clothing. She was a very beautiful woman but tended to let her personal appearance take a back seat to her work and research. When she did decide to dress up, most everyone was startled by her beauty (forgotten due to the length of time between occurrences). If threatened, she would not hesitate to use magic or her sword, whichever was most convenient. Considering her capabilities with both, she might have been be the most dangerous person in the citadel. Her sword, Raukambar, was made for her by Súlkano and the other High Jewel smiths long before they left Ost-in-Edhil. Narrower than most other swords of similar make, it was intelligent and made of Galvorn with Laen edges.
