  • Beautiful Mind was a Sphinxian treecat of the Swaying Fronds Clan. In her youth, she was called Speckles for the white flecks on her coat. One day, she met Red Cliff, a male from a far away clan who had ventured to find her, allegedly drawn by her beautiful mind-glow. They fell in love and raised a number of litters together. During the 1521 PD fire season, she went for one of her youngest 'kittens who had been injured by a burning branch. She carried it away, but it died in her arms shortly before Red Cliff dragged her to safety. Badly injured, she was left in a catatonic state, which turned her mate mad with grief. He later died in a border conflict with the Trees Enfolding Clan. (SK3)
