Jan Ingman (b. November 25th 1961 in Grums, Sweden) is a former professional forward who played in the Elitserien for Färjestads BK. Having begun with hometown Grums IK of the Swedish Division 1, Ingman joined Färjestad in 1979, with whom he went to win three championships (1981, 1986, 1988). The Montreal Canadiens drafted him in the first round, 19th overall, of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft; he however never made it to the National Hockey League.
