John Charles Patrick Croghan Daly (born February 20, 1914; died February 24, 1991) who's generally known as John Charles Daly or John Daly was an American journalist, game show host and radio personality, who was probably best-knowned as the original host of the classic, long-running, goodson-todman panel game What's My Line?. He was vice president of ABC during the 1950s. On December 22, 1960, he became the son-in-law of Chief Justice Earl Warren, upon marrying Virginia Warren.
