Martine Clémenceau is a French singer, born in Thionville, France in 1949. She performed for her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 1973 in the neighbouring country of Luxembourg (who went on to win that year's contest). Clémenceau confidently presented "Sans toi" to the viewers, and the Jury, and finished 15th. Clémenceau has been a part of a group, the Flechettes, with her three cousins, but continues to sing solo today.
