  • Bo Fields is a former NASCAR and local short track driver and car builder from Mud Creek, AL. He competed in four Sprint Cup Series events in his career. Fields' debut came in 1954, when he competed at LeHi. Starting positions in the field of fifty-two are unknown, but Fields ran a solid race and drove to a 20th place finish. Fields also ran well in his other three races, all of which came in 1955. He earned a career-best 11th place effort to start the year off at Jacksonville, then ran a mid-pick 31st at the infamous Daytona Beach Road Course and then ended it all with a solid 18th place effort at Montgomery. Later in his career, Bo gave Bobby Allison shop space to build his National Modified Championship cars.
