Slippery Pete sells Flapjack a bottle of Eel oil Whisker elixir dousing K'nuckles in it. Suddenly finding out that it is eel oil, K'nuckles runs away stating eels dont have hair. Flapjack gets the idea to glue hair to himself and pose as a beard for K'nuckles in the contest. Througout the contest K'nuckles is shunned due too his misunderstanding of the performance he is ment to do. Flapjack later sweats off the hair by accident and is revealed as a fake beard. In the end the Dock Hag wins the contest having a large beard. She states "she forgot too wax". Disapointed, Flapjack and K'nuckles find out that Peppermint Larry's daughter was adopted and not candy.
