| - SpongeBob and Sandy were surfing on the waves at Goo Lagoon. They had fun doing tricks. Sandy saw Larry surfing on the waves too. Larry comes over to Sandy and hops on his board. SpongeBob has to try to impress Sandy again without ripping his pants. SpongeBob came to the anchor lifting competition where Sandy was watching. After Larry had lifted the anchor, SpongeBob tried lifting it up, but the anchor lands on his arm. Sandy laughs at him, but then resumes to admiring Larry. Then, he goes to beach ball catching. Sandy throws the ball at SpongeBob. He attempts to catch it, but gets crushed. Larry picks up the ball and throws it to Sandy. SpongeBob sadly went home. Squidward was curious and went outside and asked SpongeBob why he was upset. He said that Sandy would rather spend time with Larry. That evening, he wrote a note and added Sandy's name to it to make SpongeBob think that Sandy wrote it. Squidward threw the note at SpongeBob's house. SpongeBob was sitting on his bed, when he heard the note hitting his house. He took the note and he read it: "Dear SpongeBob, I hate you so much! I would rather hang out with Larry, not a dorky sponge like you.You are so weak and puny and Larry is so buff and that makes him handsome! I never want to see you again in my life! Sincerely, Sandy Cheeks." SpongeBob bursts into tears after reading it. He thought that Sandy doesn't like him anymore. Patrick comes to his house to play Parcheesi. He found SpongeBob laying down on his bed. SpongeBob told Patrick what his problem was. Then SpongeBob also told him that he really loved Sandy. Patrick thought that Sandy loved him as a friend. Then he tucks SpongeBob into bed, and goes back to his rock. The next morning, SpongeBob was working at the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs told him that Larry the Lobster wants a Krusty Krab pizza. SpongeBob, angry at Larry, delivers the pizza to him and storms back to the Krusty Krab. Larry eats all the pieces of the pizza. Sandy comes over to his place and takes him to Goo Lagoon. They started with lifting weights. Sandy lifted up the barbells well. But when Larry tries to lift his, the pizza made him weak and unable to lift the barbell from the ground. Sandy realizes that Larry is flabby and weak. She says that she likes him, but loves SpongeBob more. SpongeBob has walked home from the Krusty Krab. Sandy comes to SpongeBob's home. SpongeBob hops out of bed when he hears Sandy's voice. She had came to tell him that Larry couldn't lift his barbells at Goo Lagoon. SpongeBob knew the pizza he delivered to Larry made him flabby. Sandy added that she loves SpongeBob and hugs him. The next day, at Goo Lagoon, where SpongeBob, Sandy, and Larry were surfing, SpongeBob apologized to Larry. After surfing, they saw Squidward sunbathing at the Goo Lagoon. SpongeBob asks him why he was at the Goo Lagoon. Squidward says that he had been fired for writing that note which SpongeBob thought Sandy wrote to him. The episode ends.
