by user Nhprezwatch Yesterday in Portsmouth, Barack Obama stopped short of promising universal health-care. Obama told the health care crowd that "(If elected) I believe by the end of my first term, we will have a universal health-care system. But, I'm not going to be able to do it myself." The freshman Illinois Senator also told the crowd that politicians lack the political will to reform the health care system. He said, "What's really been missing is political will. We've got to muster that will." www.nh2008.blogspot.com __NOEDITSECTION__
