Mickey Harte is an Irish singer-songwriter. In 2002, he came to the Irish public's attention when he entered the television show "You're a Star". He went on to win the competition, earning the opportunity to represent the country at Eurovision Song Contest 2003 in Riga. He performed We've Got the World and finished in a respectable eleventh place. The song topped the Irish Singles Chart. In 2003, he recorded a cover version of Beyoncé's "Crazy In Love" and in 2004 a cover version of Eamon's "I Don't Want You Back". To date he has released two studio albums.
