Charles Jaugenais was a Cajun writer and revolutionary from Lourenne. His most famous book "On the Ideology of Communism: A Critique for Lourenne's Future" has become the official canon of the Communist Party of Lourenne. He was born in 2378 in the east of the country, near Larosière, in a family of lower middle class farmers. Living during the difficult times of the Second and Third Republic, he supported indigenous liberation militias. He publicly denounced the installment of the monarchy in 2408.
