| - Alexander Macmillan Magnum, known as Alexander Magnum II or Alexander Magnum, Jr. (3788 - 3860), was the second Chairman of the Conservative Party of Kirlawa from 3821 to 3832, and legislator for the province of Nuchtmark from 3819 to 3833. He was the son of the founder and previous Chairman of the Party, Alexander Magnum, and won the Party's first elections for the post of Chairman in 3821. He was known to be a sharp contrast to his father in terms of political views. A strong national conservative and isolationist, he opposed the "further degradation of Kirlawa's sovereignty" through the ratification of legislatively binding international treaties. He is thus widely considered to be the founder of the Magnumite faction of the party. Moreover, he moved the party to the right, by introducing social conservative and militaristic policies, which won the support of the Militarists in neighbouring Merkan. However, his policies eventually proved fatal to his leadership, and he lost a vote of confidence in 3832, thus ousting him from his position. Malagasy Thatcher would run unopposed in the subsequent election for the post of Chairman, and become the concurrent Leader and Chairman in 3832.
