Motton is a town in Maine. The town shares a border with Chamberlain, as well as bordering Chester's Mill to the north and northwest. The town is situated to the southeast of Kashwakamak, the northeast of Rumford and Mexico, and the north of Castle Rock in Oxford County. Margaret Brigman lived in Motton with her mother and father (and later step-father) until she moved to Chamberlain Center with Ralph White in 1960. At the Motton Academy the surviving Senior Graduates of Ewen High School received their graduation papers after the Black Prom disaster.
