The rotation of the water will allow it to mercilessly grind against anything the user's fist touches. It will grind into anything it touches with such ferocity that it could obliterate any bones within and around the area of contact. The rotation of the water can also effortlessly shred through a few layers of skin and flesh while launching whatever it touches back with a lot of force. In some cases it could bore straight the target's body.
