Therin Indres was a Human male who, after briefly serving in the Republic military, ran the crime syndicate Enigma from Coruscant approximately five-hundred years before the Clone Wars. His activities ranged from gambling and smuggling to slavery and corruption all over the galaxy. He was so successful that even though his activities were made people, nothing could be done about him due to the size of Enigma and the reliance that billions across the galaxy had upon him. Eventually, however, Indres was brought down by Olli Redd, who infiltrated Enigma and brought it down from the inside.

Eventually, however, Indres was brought down by Olli Redd, who infiltrated Enigma and brought it down from the inside. Indres was sentenced to fourteen years imprisonment. After serving six, he was let out on good behavior and immediately began to rebuild Enigma. Several years later, however, Indres died of natural causes and Enigma was torn apart by gang warfare.
