The Upper California Limited was an express airship on the Victoria to New Liverpool run. Its cruising speed was 60 mph and could cross the continent in two days. The interior was decorated in the Rococo Revival style which had revived once more in the mid-1990s. It contained first class cabins for the passengers and had Fred Harvey gourmet food service. Colonel Thomas Bushell took the Upper California Limited on his return trip to from Victoria after spending several days in annual budget meetings at RAM Headquarters.
