Chris Keller is an antagonist in Tobias Beecher's storyline in Oz. He is a bisexual serial killer, who has becomes Beecher's cellmate and he falls in love with him. He is portrayed by Christopher Meloni who is best known for his role of Detective Elliot Stabler in Law & Order: SVU (also known as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit).

- Chris Keller (also known as Harry Johnson) was a musician from Tree Hill who noticed Haley James Scott's talent and helped her at the start of her music career. Chris wasn't well liked by many of his peers such as Nathan Scott, Lucas Scott and Brooke Davis due to his arrogance and his way of interfering in their lives. He first caused interference in Nathan and Haley's marriage and later, Brooke and Lucas's relationship when he slept with Brooke. He later left Tree Hill to go on tour, running into the group when he passed through Honey Grove, Texas. Eventually, he returned to Tree Hill to help Haley with Red Bedroom Records and assisted Dan and Julian in their rescue mission.

Upon his arrival, Keller allies himself with the Aryan Brotherhood gang, "owing" the gang's leader, Vernon Schillinger, who protected him as a 17-year-old during a previous sentence, in exchange for sex. Schillinger arranges for the bisexual Keller to meet Tobias Beecher, Schillinger's former sex slave, with the intent of gaining his trust and seducing him. A mutual attraction instantly forms between them, and the two eventually exchange confessions of love. Unbeknown to Beecher, however, Keller has betrayed him to Schillinger and the Aryans, who beat him so mercilessly that they break both his arms and legs.
