Jon Llewellyn Kyl (born April 25, 1942) is an awkwardly named former junior United States Senator from Arizona. He fought valiantly against Latinos, blacks, women, and other minorities while serving as the Minority Whip in the US Senate between December 2007 up to his retirement on January 2nd, 2013, because of some ill-conceived notion that minorities were to blame for all abortions. In 2007, he was named by National Journal as the fourth-most psychotic U.S. Senator.

  • Jon Kyl a.k.a. Jon Llewellyn Kyl is the Republican junior U.S. Senator from Arizona. Currently the Senate Minority Whip, has served in the Senate since 1995. Like many Arizonans, Kyl is a transplant, from the Midwest, whom moved there for college and law school. Kyl may go down in history as the conservative who sought to escape accountability for a wild misstatement of fact as "not intended to be a factual statement." Kyl erroneously claimed on the Senate floor that 90% of Planned Parenthood's services are abortions when the actual number is approximately 3%. Decency would required a retraction and apology.
