  • Smitty the Brat is an antagonist from the 1941 film, Dumbo. When he sees Dumbo, he immediately starts making fun of his large ears and taunting him. Mrs. Jumbo, Dumbo's mother, however, knows better and tries to get Smitty to stop. When he does not, she goes on a rampage, ruining the whole bigtop. Smitty is injured and is not seen again for the rest of the film. He is very similar in looks, voice, and behavior to Lampwick from the 1939 / 1940 film, Pinocchio.
  • Smitty is a New York City fireman that appears in Resistance: Burning Skies. He worked alongside with Tom Riley on Engine 174, and responded to an incident at a power plant on Staten Island. Smitty was separated from Riley and was forced to hold up in a generator room after being attacked by Longlegs. After being reunited with Riley, they were attacked by Longlegs and Smitty is wounded from an explosion. Riley safely carried Smitty out of the plant and in time to witnessed the Chimera invading New York.

  • Smitty is the groundskeeper for Arlen High School. In the episode "Care-Takin' Care of Business," his increasing age starts getting the better of him as his groundskeeper abilities start to falter. In Arlen's first game of the year, they are forced to forfeit due to the poorly maintained field. To keep Smitty from losing his pension, Hank, Bill, Dale, and Boomhauer start taking care of the field every night while giving Smitty all the credit. Smitty in turns earns the nickname "The Wizard" due to the guys giving Arlen a competitive advantage in some games. One night, Smitty catches the guys working on the field and kicks them off. Smitty in turns ends up destroying the field once again. However, Hank is able to cover up for Smitty's poor groundskeeping by convincing Lucky to race his truck
  • Smitty is a deranged gunman who hangs around with Van Zant in the manga and anime series Dragon Ball Z. Van Zant forced him to shoot an old man, and he discovered he liked killing innocent people, so they terrorized cities and shot people, until they decided to go after Majin Boo so that they could have all the victims to themselves. Smitty and Van Zant blew up Boo's house, but Mr. Satan attacked Smitty, knocking him off the hill they were on and knocking him out.

Along with the rest of the crew, he then ventured into the top-secret tunnels, only to be berated by Tails for filming the escape effort. Promptly afterwards, Smitty and the team were trapped in a crevice by a cave-in. Out in the Emerald Hill Zone following their escape, Smitty once again turned his attention to Delirious, just in time to see him get gagged by his finally-snapped sound professional.
