Zunughur Tristhdekes (Lohtish: "Fifty Three") was the fifty-third homunculus (an artificial human/advanced golem created through alchemical means) created by the Child With Many Names to assist on the Assault on Billow's Tower on the Last Day of Lobtonne. By the time of his death he was the most-advanced homunculus ever created, created with with the ability to speak, superstrength, and devilskin (meaning he was immune to fire). He was created using blachumor (venom), redhumor (blood), and bluehumor (phlegm), but not witehumor, preventing him from being a perfect artificial human. At least 9,999 souls were sacrificed to create him, though judging by his great power, and relatively great intellect, there may have been many more sacrifices than that.

abstract
  • Zunughur Tristhdekes (Lohtish: "Fifty Three") was the fifty-third homunculus (an artificial human/advanced golem created through alchemical means) created by the Child With Many Names to assist on the Assault on Billow's Tower on the Last Day of Lobtonne. At Billow's Tower he nominally fought so that King Claimant Jakos Messoloriha might be sat the Lycaonthrone. In reality, however, the assault took place to stress the main nine. Tristhdekes was charged with fighting Hockrott the Hornman. Tristhdekes was the only homunculus capable of speech, something very purposeful on the part of the Child With Many Names, as he was supposed to unease Rott, and push him into doing something rash. He was killed by Calthoss, who blew him up with her dragonbreath. His fight with Rott, and Calthoss was overseen by Ferbles Blachorn.
