(0,6,60,0)-deltahedron discovered by John Futhey, based on an octahedron with its faces divided into 16 sub-triangles. (George Hart references it here: ) The middle sphere of each of the octahedral edges is bent inwards. Although this construction looks like a 'collapsed structure' it is completely rigid.
