Constructing a blue-bladed lightsaber at the Temple on Ilum, Glynn-Beti eventually passed her Trials of Knighthood and was elevated to the rank of Knight. Specializing as a Guardian, Glynn-Beti's interests fell to strategy and the study of battle simulations. Learning from Master Oppo Rancisis during his advanced classes at the Coruscant Temple, Glynn-Beti would later transfer to the Starfighter Corps' headquarters on Kamparas to perfect her piloting skills. When Glynn-Beti chose not to take a Padawan, members of the High Council questioned her motivations for shirking the duty. The Bothan declared that her studies were not yet complete and she required more time in study before passing on incomplete knowledge to an apprentice. When her former master was slain in a confrontation with the early Confederacy of Independent Systems, Glynn-Beti decided it was time to take on a student. Selecting the young Gran Ulu Ulix, Glynn-Beti taught him the discipline needed to be a warrior of the Republic. When the Clone Wars erupted at Geonosis, Glynn-Beti and Ulix fought their way out of the Petranaki arena and back to Coruscant to take up ranks in the Grand Army of the Republic. Assigned to the 18th Sector Army of Night Hammer Command and raised to the rank of Master, Glynn-Beti worked closely with Commander Wilhuff Tarkin during the fighting. While Tarkin was fond of the Bothan's military knowledge, his Humanocentric nature did not allow for them to be close. As a general, Master Glynn-Beti was dispatched with her clone troopers to defend Bespin from invasion. However, her strategy did not succeed and she was forced to withdraw from the battle unsuccessful. Instantly being reassigned, Glynn-Beti and her Padawan joined CT-4/619 in battling for Raxus Prime. There the Jedi discovered Count Dooku, leader of the CIS, attempting to harness the powers of a construct known as the Force Harvester. While the Jedi were unable to capture Dooku, they destroyed the potential weapon and sabotaged the Dark Reaper project. Discovering the orphaned Boba Fett during the battle, Master Glynn-Beti failed to recognize the dangerous child and had him shipped to Bespin to be placed with a local family there. However, Fett managed to escape, joining forces with the notorious Aurra Sing, a failed Jedi Glynn-Beti detested. Glynn-Beti and Boba Fett would once more cross paths she led the campaign on Xagobah. During the battle she thanked the mysterious Fett when he saved the life of Padawan Ulix, stating she was in his debt. In payment of that debt, Master Glynn-Beti assisted Fett in infiltrating the Mazariyan Citadel as part of the overall mission to capture one of the Confederacy's leaders, Wat Tambor.
