| - Charles Lachance (born July 14, 1988 in Quebec City, Quebec) is a Canadian Ice Hockey Forward currently playing for the Missouri Mavericks of the ECHL. Lachance played Junior Hockey for College St. Lawrence Lions of the Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League, the Marathon Renegades of the Superior International Junior Hockey League, the OCN Blizzard of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, and the Walpole Express of the Atlantic Junior Hockey League. After completing his Junior Hockey career, LaChance played one season of College Ice Hockey for American International College and three seasons for the University of Wisconsin-Stout. During the 2013-14 season, LaChance played in the Central Hockey League for the Allen Americans, Tulsa Oilers, and the St. Charles Chill, along with the Mississippi RiverKings of the Southern Professional Hockey League. On July 31, 2014, LaChance re-signed with the Tulsa Oilers for the 2014-15 season. On October 7, 2014, the Central Hockey League ceased operations, which nullified LaChance's 2014-15 contract with the Oilers. On October 15, 2014, the Oilers, which joined the ECHL for the 2014-15 season in light of the demise of the Central Hockey League, re-signed LaChance under an ECHL contract. On February 10, 2015, the Tulsa Oilers released LaChance, making him eligible for waiver claims. On February 11, 2015, the Missouri Mavericks, also of the ECHL, successfully claimed LaChance off of waivers.
