Squitter the Spider is a spider Animal Buddy that first appeared in the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2 and then again in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble and Donkey Kong Land III. In these games, he has the ability to shoot webs to make a platform or to damage foes. Squitter then appeared in the Game Boy Advance remakes of the two DKC games and in the Game Boy Color remake of Donkey Kong Land III. Squitter remained under the radar until the Wii racing game Donkey Kong Racing where he was an Animal Buddy.
