Centurians are the Humanoid Inhabitants of Alpha Centuri from a few billion years ago to 350,000 BC. They inhabited mainly 3 planets: Centuri Alpha, Centuri Prime, and Planet Narnia. They also had a few outposts on other planets. They were sent from the Solar System a few billion years ago by Martians, and after that crashlanded on Planet Narnia (they were originally Dorthean). The stasis pods they were in broke and they froze. They thawed when a solar flare heated Planet Narnia for a few hours, and managed to get off Planet Narnia and colonise a few other planets, in 2,421,000 BC. They left in 350,000 BC when the Hadadookems need more matter and chose Alpha Centuri to take.
