Those who choose yes, and are truly so eager to practice the forbidden arts, are given the chance to go ahead and seek out Katrina on their own. They are no longer welcome in WIT. They then transport the person to Mordavia's swamp. They send the person to the land where the magician resides. But the wizards of WIT don't really go out of their way to pick a pleasant place for the person to appear. In fact, they may very well choose the worst landing spot... Most do not have the current skills needed to survive in such a hostile environment, and die.
