Works best with children. Have them choose a feeling from a "feeling list" or a feeling picture poster, and draw a picture to share. Or forget the feeling list and just have them draw a picture of how they feel and then name it (depends on the "emotional awareness" of the group). Activity can be expanded to include asking an individual to attach a colour to that feeling, and taken even further by asking participants to connect that feeling with a body part (ie feeling anxious in the chest, excited in the hands).
