With Charity and Debbie depressed about the court case, Cain’s determined to help clear Charity’s name. Realising that Zoe is their only real chance of freedom he decides to visit Home Farm. Despite Scott’s threats for Cain to leave the premises, Zoe surprisingly gives him five minutes of her time. But things quickly get nasty when bitter Cain refers to Scott as a rapist, calling him desperate for supposedly raping a lesbian. This is the final straw for Scott as he lunges for Cain. Scott is shocked as once again, he feels he is being paid to keep quiet. Caught between a rock and a hard place, Scott keeps silent and enjoys the time he has with Jean. Daz finally gets his comeuppance for all his misbehaviour, as the delinquent is forced to go to court. Both Andy and Daz are relieved when the judge recommends that he stands before a community panel as opposed to sending him to a young offenders institute. Katie is incensed when Scott puts the rent up and tells her she can offer him sexual favours to help make the payments. Furious Robert overhears the conversation as he hides in Andy and Katie’s bedroom. However the love rat is forced to stay quiet, careful not to blow the cover over his fling with Katie.
