A low air dash reduces your robo's air time during an air dash. This makes it less vulnerable to attack both during and after the air dash, as well as making ground shots quicker to pull off after air dashing. Using a low air dash will also allow robos which are slow on the ground to compensate for that weakness as well as enabling a Strike Vanisher to approach a foe through gunfire. This technique is performed by quickly double-tapping the jump button, and is greatly facilitated by Ground Legs.
