Fadarrid was the mythical ancestor of the Woodmen of Rhovanion.Legend had it that he was once a warrior of the Horse-People of eastern Rhovanion who due to an injury wasn´t able to ride anymore and thus moved into the great greenwood (which later became the Mirkwood) with his wife Caro.Fadarrid´s eleven sons and their followers were considered to be the origin of the entire Viduvairi-Tribe.
