- A particular quest line allows you to choose up to 4 Widgets from a list. These can have a profound effect on some characters. Not all widgets will be available to all characters sometimes due to class, feat or skill requirements sometimes as the list you choose from is limited.
- Widgets are small silver coins that are used as a form of currency in the Matoran Universe.
- Widgets were the currency used by Matoran on Metru Nui and Mata Nui. It is unknown whether Widgets are being used on Spherus Magna or not.
- Widgets are in game equipped actions that assist the player. They range from restorative widgets to fun widgets. They operate on a prepaid system where widgets are purchased in blocks, then used in game. Each use takes from the remaining number of widget uses. (With the exception of time based widgets). Like abilities many have cooldowns and like abilities they give the player a significant advantage in gameplay. Players should avoid dependency on widgets as constantly replenishing them is costly, they should be used sparingly and only when the situation calls for it.
