| - Jake Crum has accomplished more at 18 years of age than most drivers will in their entire auto racing career. Beginning as a 4-year old in the world of go karts, Crum knew from the very beginning that he was destined to be a top-notch race car driver. After accumulating a total of 54 State and National Championships in various auto racing disciplines, he has set his sights toward ascending through the ranks to the upper echelon of American stock car racing. Through 2006, Crum captured multiple National Championships in the WKA, IKF, and INEX organizations. In 2007, Crum became the youngest driver to win a UARA-Stars Late Model Touring Series event. In 2008, Crum set the bar one notch higher by clinching the UARA-Stars Late Model Touring Series Championship driving for the family-owned, Team Crum Racing operation. The 2009 season included Crum’s ARCA Re/Max Series debut, resulting in a 6th place finish at Mansfield. Crum also made his PASS Super Late Model debut with a 2nd place finish. The season culminated with a victory at the prestigious Bailey’s 300 at the Martinsville Speedway.
