His parents tried to hid themselves from any attention, and Jacob had been a normal teenager, and a normal young boy, until one day the Sith, had come for them. They slaughtered his parents. During this Jacob discovered he had the ability to use the Force, not having learned anything of it. His parents put up a fight, but were no match, so he found that he had Force potential. Using this new ability, he grabbed the golden lightsaber of his family, and killed the Sith in return. After the ordeal, he went unconcious, and was rescued by an unnamed former Jedi Knight. He took him to Yavin VIII, where Jacob had begun his Jedi training with Amalia Bettencourt, and then later Tessa Rendahl. He later became a Jedi Apprentice, after many years, struggling within himself, to rid the Darkness he felt. After another long amount of time, he had accended to the rank of Jedi Knight, knowing he had done his duty as a student, and now is a teacher. He has two apprentices, Verrj, and Coryn. He is currently training them to become Jedi Knights themselves. When away on a mission to Corellia to find a new Jedi Temple, the Jedi Knight was attacked by group of Dark Jedi and killed a few of them but was horribly injured by the Dark Jedi Master that was present there with the Force Lightning that seared through him. After recovering he then promoted his former student SirViktor to Apprentice. This set off the Council and the rest of the Jedi with Jacob on one side, and the Council on the other. Most sided with the Council which made the fragile Jedi Knight slide further towards the Dark Side. Feeling abandoned he then left them and turned fully to the Dark Side in the process. He then looked to the Sith for guidance and the training he needed to further his dark desires for the Jedi. After arriving he then was greeted and accepted by the Sith Lord, Maize Wayne. He resided with the Sith for a year or so, but never really felt at home there. So after wandering the galaxy for a while, he was then found by a Dark Jedi named Killian who brought him to Ruusan and welcomed him into the Sovereign Principality of Ruusan and was also taken before the Penumbra as a Dark Jedi in the public's eye of The Unforgiven. He was then apprenticed to Invictus, for whome taught Jacob to embrace the Dark Side, but not be consumed by it like the Sith were, that was the problem he had within himself...embrace the darkness, without being consumed by it's power. He had to focus it. After training with the Arbiter for quite some time, he then had to spar with his fellow trainmate and Acolyte, Alen. The two are also currently on a mission together... Also Jacob traveled to Yavin VIII, the Jedi hopme planet, where he disguised himself as his other persona, the Unforgiven, to serve his ex-wife, Marie, the divorce papers, wanting to set her free of him. Now that he is a single man again, he wonders who and what else is out there...
