Chiteki Sennin, is said to be Gyara's creator, stated she made it with her Onmyōdō Art, a place which she only dreamed of, and suddenly was created as a whole. Here also lies the history of Takemono, Reikoku, and Muzan. Because of the recent actions, the information on Takemono has yet to be updated. In flashbacks told by Naidō, it is said that Gyarakushi has had many wars, with neighboring places. And one of these places happened to be the birth place of both Reikoku and Muzan. Naido explains that Chiteki defeated Reikoku and Muzan's mother, leaving the twins without a parent to care for them, yet somehow the two managed to survive. Later in their life, the two would come back to gain revenge on Chiteki, though like their mother, they ended in a failure, and Chiteki sealed them both away. Because Muzan's abilities were more fearsome than that of Reikoku's, a seal of more might was enforced on Muzan. Which is why it was so easy for Terrox to break his seal.
