Ikoma's Eye was a large urbanized area just outside the gates of Kyuden Ikoma. It housed travelers, diplomats, and others who had business with the elders of the Ikoma, politely invited there for several days before they might speak with the leaders of the family. The visitors were spied and passed all that they learned on to the Ikoma. Ikoma's Eye functioned like a great net, catching any news coming from any direction in the Empire. The area was filled with teahouses, sake bars, and geisha establishments, visited by many students of the Hundred Scars Dojo in order to act as bouncers, peacekeepers, and magistrates within the city.
