Stuart McQuarrie (born March 19, 1963) is an actor who has starred in multiple acclaimed films, including Trainspotting and 28 Days Later. In 2008, McQuarrie will star in the film Ecstasy, based on The Undefeated from Irvine Welsh's best-selling novel Ecstasy: Three Tales of Chemical Romance. He can currently be seen appearing in Happy Now?, a new play by Lucinda Coxon at the National Theatre, London. Stuart McQuarrie is currenntly starring in Anthony Neilson´s new play ´Relocated´ at the Royal Court theatre in London. The play runs until July 6, 2008
