Cristoval 'Boo' Nieves (born January 23, 1994) is an American ice hockey player. He was drafted in the second round, 59th overall, by the New York Rangers in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Prior to his enrollment at the University of Michigan, Nieves played his junior hockey with the Indiana Ice of the United States Hockey League (USHL). As of September, 2013 Nieves, along with fellow Rangers draft pick Brady Skjei, is currently in the second round of the selection process for Team USA competing in the 2014 World Junior Championships in Sweden. He graduated from Kent School in 2012.
