Components include dual covered Ibanez active humbucking pickups with an Active EQ control, an Edge Zero 7 double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The RGA427Z was among the first RGA models equipped with a tremolo, along its six-string sibling, the RGA420Z and the RGA220Z. The RGA427Z was discontinued in mid-2013.
