  • The Cathedral is the main base of operations for The Outsiders and their various Clans it's located within the city of Prague. This location is also possibly the location where The Outsiders were first Founded years ago.
  • The Cathedral is a 67,000 seat open-air stadium located in the South Bronx, New York. Formerly home to the New York Yankees, it is now home to the Church of Bomberism.
  • To the outside world, the Cathedral is nothing more than an innocent (albeit intimidating) set up for the Children of the Cathedral organization, which tries to bring love and peace to the wastes. Below it, however, lies a secret underground Vault (more specifically, the Los Angeles Vault), which serves as a home and base for the Master.
  • The Cathedral is accessible from other Cathedral planets, or the Ship Portal after collecting an Artifact, drinking an Aetherdew, or talking to Dune Dredger Winston. The enemies here hit very hard, taking out even maxed-out characters in just a couple of hits. The portals at the end take you to other Cathedral planets. Cathedral towns contain Faust and a Creation Machine in addition to the usual stuff; however, they do not possess Gear Chalices (or Item Chalices on Challenge Level 1+), so Cathedral planets, though they are excellent for character leveling, are useless for gear leveling.
