- Erelas is de Vierde Baken van de Bakens van Gondor. Het stond op een groene heuvel waar geen planten of bomen groeiden. Het werd gebruikt als Minas Tirith om hulp vroeg aan Rohan of Anórien, een leen van Gondor. Als de baken van Nardol brandde werd vervolgens deze baken aangestoken als waarschuwing voor Min-Rimmon. Het is onbekend uit welke taal deze naam komt.

Zostało opisane jako zielone wzgórze, nieporośnięte drzewami ani inną roślinnością. Było najniższym ze wszystkich wzgórz sygnałowych Gondoru. Ogień na tym wzgórzu został zapalony 07.03.3019 roku TE, kiedy to Gondor wezwał na pomoc Rohan.
