The site used Ajax, allowing the user to access any card in their database without changing webpage. On March 18, 2009, Netrep upgraded the site, adding and changing features. The new version was known as Netrep.net 2.0 On September 14, 2009, Dillie-O Digital announced that he would be closing Netrep. On March 2, 2010, XeroCreative announced that it now owns and operates Netrep. Dillie-O Digital confirmed the ownership change.
