Team Rocket Elite is an awesome Board 8 user who, among other things, has the amazing ability to pull information out of his ass from nowhere. He found 3 articles for red13n's speech in a matter of 2 minutes and 40 seconds. Frequently referred to as 'TRE'. TRE works with Ngamer to maintain an Archive of Board 8's Stats Topics and to run nightly First Vote competitions during Contest season. He is also a four-time FV Champion himself (he dominated the Spring and Summer Contests in 2004 and scored close wins in 2006 and 2008) and is a regular competitor in the Oracle Challenge.

He was made a mod on February 28, 2007. Some people believe that TRE is, in fact, a computer. In mid April 2006, TRE predicted that the 30 millionth topic will be posted on August 14, 2006 at 1:37:00 PM PST. That prediction turned out to be off by 61876 topics as only 29938124 topics had been made at that time. The actual 30 millionth topic was made on August 17, 2006 at 10:23:30 AM PST which makes a difference of 68 hours, 46 minutes and 30 seconds. The prediction was accurate to an uncertainty of roughly 2.3%.
