Philip Michael Eastwood (7 May, 1889 in Hurbanova - 18 April, 1965 in Hurbanova) was a Lovian politician and Governor of Oceana from 1921 until 1923. He was well known for his dislike of crime and vandalism to Oceana. Eastwood was a well-loved man. He also was known for being a great chef and sometimes held parties in the town hall where everyone could have a meal cooked by him.
