The name of the joker, "Elephant in the Room", is a joke based on an English idiom: an 'elephant in the room' is an obvious thought that no-one is willing to address. The episode "Endings" featured two elephant-related questions. The final episode of the series was "Elephants": there was no "Elephant in the Room" joker, as every question related to elephants.
