The Quad-Cities Metropolitan Area, also known as the Q-C or the Quads, is a major metropolitan region in the southwestern region of the US state of Pacifica. The four cities in question are Sahalee, Wamash, Fraser and Kirktown, each with a population of above 200,000 and each bordering one another. The recent growth of cities such as Burrard, Sumner and Coquitlam have encouraged the more recent naming of the region as the "Fraser Valley Metropolitan Zone."
