History: Truly ancient, this sept (also known as the Caern of Falling Crystal) aided the White Howlers against the Romans; and resisted the Saxon, Viking, and Norman invasions (as well as the accompanying attempts by Get, Fangs, and Lords) to take over the Caern. Its history has mirrorred the Garou's in England, opposing first England's wholesale deforestation --contributing to the legends of Robin Hood--and then her subsequent industrialization. Now, though, the Caern has but a shadow of its former glory. The bawn is mostly underground, in those parts of an extended cavern network which have not been thrown open to tourism for their natural beauty and rare minerals. The Fianna of the Brotherhood of Hern rule here, and only Fianna are allowed behind the curtain of water of the Caern's name

The Fianna of the Brotherhood of Hern rule here, and only Fianna are allowed behind the curtain of water of the Caern's name, into the Grotto which is its Center. The Totem, Stag, appears in the incarnation known as the Horned Man.
