Campbell Mellis Douglas (5 August 1840, Quebec City – 31 December 1909), was a Canadian recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. Douglas joined the British Army in 1862.
